All orders are processed and shipped by us with hair currently in stock and on hand.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

  • United States:

    • UPS Standard Tracked (3-6 business days)
    • UPS Express Saver Tracked (1 business day)

    Canada:

    • UPS Standard Tracked (3-6 business days)
    • UPS Express Saver Tracked (1 business day)

    United Kingdom:

    • UPS Worldwide Expedited Tracked (4-8 business days)
    • UPS Worldwide Express Saver Tracked (2-3 business days)

    All other countries:

    • UPS Worldwide Expedited Tracked (5-10 business days)
    • UPS Worldwide Express Saver Tracked (2-3 business days)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

All Nalo Hair Products require a signature for shipment delivery.

There will be a 8% restock fee if your product is returned back to us because you were not available to accept it OR you did not pick it up from your designated pick up location/access point. Additionally, we are not responsible for the reshipping fee.


Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • International Shipping is between 3-14 days depending on the location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
